The trick or treating event will take place on October 30th (the day BEFORE halloween). It will begin at 8pm est. DJ Pres will be having a Halloween Party from 9pm to 12mid at his place, so the trick or treating will end at 12mid. This does NOT mean you have to stay at your place if you choose to be a property in the hunt. All it means is there will be a list of properties and who ever is open is who we go to for trick or treating, that way it allows for everyone to go trick or treating. If you are a property in the hunt, your job is simple… you just give out a “treat”!!

Mine, Calista, Rhodd, Robin, Rain Storm, and of course DJ Pres

Being as Halloween is coming up, Robin and I have decided of doing trick or treating in MF instead of a treasure hunt! It will be very easy and a lot of fun. You will go trick or treating to different houses and end up at a fun halloween party. You will have the complete list of houses that are participating. SO we need houses for the trick or treating! If you are interested in being a property either comment here you’re interested OR contact myself or Robin in MF. Yes if you are a property, you will get to go trick or treating too!!

The more properties the merrier so comment to say you’re in!!

Wow, what a great summer!  Almost up to 4000 hits - woot woot!!!!  Thank you!

I’ve noticed a few people have been having troubles logging in and remembering their passwords/usernsames.  Here are just a few tips that may help.

1.  Your username is case sensitive.  Yea I agree that’s a bit fussy but that’s how the engine that runs this site works.
2. If you didn’t already assume so, your password is case sensitive as well.
3. We only ask for your email address so you can retrieve lost passwords.  If you really don’t want to share this info, feel free to use a fake one.  We don’t check, we don’t care. 
4. Once you sign up you can choose a NICKNAME.  This is different from your user name.  The nickname is what will show up when you post comments and articles.
5. Many of you have multiple sims and would prefer to keep your identities on the down-low.   Feel free to create multiple accounts here!
6. So why do we have a registration process anyhow?  Simple, to have a fighting chance at keeping this blog spam-free and to somewhat dissuade impostors from posting messages.  (Perhaps another use of the email address).
7. Always feel free to send me your thoughts and suggestions on making this site better!

Congrats to SoulRevivor for winning the treasure hunt!! It was too easy, he didn’t even have to have the final clue to get the answer! At each house there was clues and each had a single letter. You had to read all the clues and then unscramble to letters which spelt out St. Helens.

This treasure hunt only had 4 people participating… SO Robin and I would like some feedback… is everyone just not interested? What days/times would work? Does anyone have any ideas? Please please let us know what you all think? We do all this work to get it organized and then no one plays…. we want lots of people to play! Either let us know here, or in game!!

So you think you know Mount Fuji? Treasure hunt will begin at 2pm est this Saturday, September 22nd! This treasure hunt will hopefully be a lot of fun and at the same time will learn some facts about Mount Fuji!

The treasure hunt will begin at my and Inferno’s place, Castle of LoveandLuck. This treasure hunt is quite a bit different than the first one. There are not as many houses in the hunt this time, only 7 compared to 15 in the first treasure hunt. There are also not the same kind of clues as there were last time.

When you get to my house at the beginning of the treasure hunt, this is what you’ll do….

1.You’ll sign a plaque with your name so we know who all is in the treasure hunt

2.You’ll read the list of all the properties in the treasure hunt (YES You’ll know all the properties!!)

3. You’ll read the sign that has the rules we’ve posted here as a reminder

4. You’ll read the task to be completed at my place, and then you’ll be off……

When you go to each house, you will…

1. Read the sign that will give you specific instructions as to the task to be completed at that house.

2. You must complete the task

3. You will then look for the clues sign and read it and then you’re off to the next house.

The rules are as follows:

-You may visit the houses in any order. (Please make sure to do so, so not to bog down property owners with everyone at once)
-You must complete fully the task given to you before you can read the clue.
-Once you’ve visited all houses and collected the clues and ‘letters’ unscramble the letters to form a word.
-Return to Nichole and Inferno’s property and the first person to take the appropriate action will win the treasure hunt.
-BTW…Take careful notes!

I just wanted to thank everyone for yesterday!  First of all thanks to everyone who helped keep Killer aka Inferno’s birthday party a secret! He had absolutely no clue we were planning it.  He had a blast, dancing, streaking…running around in his birthday suit lol!  He made a special room at our place for all the plaques that were signed wishing him happy birthday so thanks to everyone who signed the plaques!  Just remember his actual birthday is on Wednesday, Sept 19th so don’t forget to wish him happy birthday again on his birthday!!!

I also want to thank everyone from both Inferno and I for joining us at our wedding.  We had quite a turnout that I was not expecting with roomies having to jump to let more people in.  Thanks to Paulina and Addison for standing up there with us as our maid of honor and best man, you guys were great! Thank you to Delta for marrying us, as well as Daw for airing our wedding on dragnwings.  Thanks to Paul who took pictures for us and will get them up soon for those who were not able to attend.  And WOW how generous everyone was! I have only been to one wedding and did not know gifts were given much less the generosity of all our friends in mf! Thanks sooo much!!

Since I’m throwing out thank yous, I want to thank you Inferno for marrying me hehe.  I had no idea when I met you and became your roomie on my very first day of playing that I would end up marrying you!  You are awesome and the best guy in mf for me, I love you!

Again thank you sooo much to all our friends in mf, you guys are awesome!!!!  Inferno and I are very grateful to have friends like you!

Robin and I have been working on the treasure hunt and its going to be very different from the first one, in fact its probably going to be really easy. The treasure hunt will be on Sept 22nd at 2pm est. It will begin at my place… Lucky Love. When the date gets closer we’ll give you rules, instructions, procedures etc.

Robin and I are looking for a volunteer that isn’t interested in playing in the hunt to help us out on a certain task. Its a very easy job and will be fun! Let either myself or Robin know if you’re interested! Thanks!

Honestly, I don’t know if there is a *etiquette* in sims dating and marriage.  But with all the upcoming wedding ceremonies in Mount Fuji, I wanted to know how other people felt about this and what their opinions are.  I know this is just viewed as a game to some.  And anything is possible in a game, but when it comes to this subject what are the do’s and dont’s?

There are people out there that are married or in a relationship in real life that are dating or getting sim married. There are people that are single in real life and dating/married a sim that is in a real life relationship.  And then you have the people that are single in real life and are dating/married in Sim life.

Some of the other questions I have are: Is there a appropriate amount of time that you should date, before getting married?  Do you expect your Sim partner to be faithful to you with any additional Sims characters he or she has in different Cities? What about feelings and emotions? What if your Sim partner is cheating on you or you cheating on your sim partner?  And keeping in mind all of the different real life situations described above.

So people start writing, it would be really interesting to see what are other peoples opinions are on this subject.
